This Planetary Food Mixer 20L has a capacity of 20 liters. It uses a high-power motor, which is very fast,

M Series Spiral Mixer

● Gear-Driven Transmission
Prevents the risk of drive system slip that can happen with belt driven
models. Gear-driven systems are less prone to detachment compared to
belt-driven systems,ideal for high-volume production environments such
as bakeries, pizzerias, and central kitchens.
● Versatile Speed Options
Equipped with a 3-speed gearbox for optimal mixing efficiency – the dough
hook operates at a low speed of 113 RPM , the flat beater at a medium
speed of 168 RPM, the wire whisk at a high speed of 386RPM.
● Powerful Motor and System
Features a robust single-phase system powered by a pure copper
motor, delivering high torque, exceptional performance, and
reliability with low noise and minimal heat production.
● Enhanced Safety Features
Incorporates Schneider emergency stop and start buttons,
alongside an automatic safety overload switch to prevent damage
by cutting power during overdraw. Operational safety is further
ensured as the mixer halts if the bowl guard is open, the bowl is
lowered, or removed.
● Convenience and Control
Mechanical timer（60min) which will keep careful track of how
long the mixer churns and prevent the dough from becoming
overworked,A bowl truck on (4) 3 1/2″ diameter casters is
included for easy transportation of the bowl from mixing station
